For Teams, Leagues & Boosters

Raise money at the game,
one engraved keepsake
at a time.

I set up a live laser engraving station at your game, tournament, or league day. Fans pick a keepsake, tell me the name and number, and watch it get engraved while they cheer. Your team raises money, and nobody takes home a box of leftovers.

Game Day, Personalized

Made for youth leagues, school teams, and clubs

Parents and grandparents love a keepsake with a player's name and number on it. Personalized sports ornaments are the star of the table, available for baseball, softball, football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, cheer, and more. Add a team name or season year and every player's family has something to hang on the tree.

It works well for fall and winter seasons, and for summer youth leagues too: a baseball or football ornament from this season's team makes a great keepsake any time of year, and it's ready to hang come the holidays.

Pick What Fits Your Group

Two ways to run your game-day fundraiser

Some groups like to buy ahead and set their own price. Others would rather not put money down until they know how well it will sell. Both work.

Option 1: Buy & Resell

Your organization pays a wholesale price per piece, sets its own resale price, and keeps the difference. You collect the money at the table, so your numbers are always your own.

How it works

A $100 deposit holds your date and is credited toward your final total. The wholesale price per piece includes the item and the engraving: $15. You choose the resale price and keep the difference.

Your organization commits to a minimum of 20 pieces, and I engrave to what is actually ordered at the game. The balance, based on the final engraved count, is due and payable at the end of the event.

Best for

Groups that want to control their margin and handle their own cash box or payment app.

Option 2: Shared Sales

No big purchase up front. I collect payment at the table, and once the first $300 in sales covers my time, the sales above that are split with your organization.

How it works

A $100 deposit holds your date. Above the minimum, your organization receives 30% of sales. You get a written sales summary after the event, and payment within 10 days.

Best for

Groups new to fundraising, or ones that would rather not commit money before they see how it sells. A pre-order drive helps a lot here (see below).

Not sure which fits? Tell me about your group in the form below and I'll recommend one.

How Booking Works

From first message to game day

Step 1

Tell me about your game

Send your sport, date, venue, and expected crowd. I'll confirm availability and reply within 1–2 business days.

Step 2

Pick your option

Choose Buy & Resell or Shared Sales, and we'll agree on prices and the split in writing before anything else happens.

Step 3

Spread the word

I'll send a simple flyer and pre-order form so families know what's coming. Pre-orders can be engraved ahead of time or at the game.

Step 4

I set up, fans watch

I handle my own setup, signage, and breakdown. Each piece is engraved and handed over on the spot, and your organization gets a written sales summary afterward.

Everything In The Open

Counts you can check

If money is changing hands for your cause, you should be able to verify every dollar.

Recorded Sales

Payments at the table go through a system that records each sale, and you receive a sales summary after the event. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm payment system]

Your Own Tally

A volunteer from your group is welcome at the table with a tally sheet. Every piece passes through the engraver, so the count is easy to match.

Terms In Writing

The deposit, the split, and the payment date are agreed in writing before the date is held. No surprises afterward.

Before You Ask

What I need, and what to plan for

One engraver, one station. Here is what makes a game-day table go well.

Pace & Crowd

Each piece takes about 2–5 minutes, so plan on roughly 15 to 25 pieces per hour. A halftime rush can't be served all at once, so pregame, tailgating, and between-game windows work best, and pre-orders take pressure off the line.

Venue & Approval

Many fields, gyms, and leagues have rules about vendors and outside sales. Your organization will need to get permission to host a table, and I'm happy to provide any paperwork the venue asks for. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm insurance / vendor details]

Space, Power & Weather

I need about a 6 ft × 4 ft space and a table, ideally covered, since the equipment and materials need to stay dry. I need one standard outlet within 15 ft, or I can bring a portable power station for a one-time $50 fee for events up to 3 hours. In hot summer weather, shade matters for me and for the materials.

Service Area

Events within 30 miles of Leland, NC have no travel fee. Beyond that, the same mileage and travel-time fees listed on the On-Site Engraving page apply.

Length & Booking

Events run 2 to 4 hours, and I book one event per day. Please reach out at least 4 weeks ahead, especially for tournaments and senior nights.

What Sells Best

Senior night, opening day, end-of-season games, and tournaments bring families who want a keepsake. A pre-order drive before the event is the best way to guarantee a strong day.

Limited Pilot

Be one of my first game-day partners

I'm launching game-day fundraisers with a small number of local teams and leagues this season. In exchange for being one of the first, I ask for a short testimonial and permission to share a few photos. [PLACEHOLDER: pilot incentive, such as a reduced deposit or a better split for the first events]

Tell me about your game

No commitment, no pressure. I'll reply within 1–2 business days with ideas and what's possible for your date.
